Snap!

I'm drawing a series of animals for a friends daughter, first up on the list is a crocodile. I've just roughly coloured him but I'll clean him up in illustrator when i colour him properly. I can imagine his little hands flapping at the sight of a string of sausages already.

Project sketches

Last month i enrolled on a 10 week illustration workshop class at Central Saint Martins to generate new work for my portfolio and to be around fellow scribblers. For our second project, a sequential narrative, we have been given 3 pictures to weave a story around. As i have a love for characters, my story is based around a gardener, which relates to one of my 3 pictures - a rose garden.

Above are some of my character idea/story sketches. We only have a short period of time to complete this in. Because i work full time , i'm finding the time scale quite challenging!
